"Mommy, can we please have more Churn on our pancakes?" my daughter pleads with me. Okay, maybe she didn’t say please, but she requested a specific brand of butter, which might be a first.
The butter she was begging for was Maple & Cinnamon Churn, a delicious mashup of grass-fed butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt. It has become part of our typical Sunday morning routine as a topper for homemade pancakes.

The Founder and CEO of Churn Foods attended both Japanese and French culinary schools, then worked in fine dining for over a decade. While my kids favor the sweet side of Churn, I’ve been using their Miso Butter on everything from soba noodles to stir-fry veggies.
